In addition to the original Caduceus Cellars Tasting Room in Jerome, AZ, we have added The Caduceus Cellars Ventura Room located at the Caduceus Cellars Hilltop Facility in Old Town Cottonwood, AZ.

The Ventura Room experience is By Appointment Only and offers an exclusive, in-depth look at the history and mechanics of Caduceus Cellars. This unique experience includes a vineyard tour, facility tour, and First Class Guided Tasting and rotating dishes from our orchards and gardens based on season and availability. Enjoy a private, personal, and exclusive wine and dining experience lasting 90 minutes in total.

The Bottle list features selections only available here, including no longer available archive selections and, of course, the estate-grown and bottled Caduceus Hilltop wines. The Ventura Room Experience allows patrons to purchase directly from our extensive archive of vintage with rare and limited bottles dating back to 2004.

Please note: to maintain the intimacy of this unique experience we allow no more than eight (8) guests per seating.

Current seatings are available Thursday through Monday and located inside the Caduceus Cellars Hilltop Facility in beautiful old town Cottonwood, Arizona, and conveniently located just adjacent to the Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria

Seating is limited to up to eight spots per tasting.

The Ventura Room is located in Old Town Cottonwood. 760 Verde Heights Dr., Cottonwood, in the Caduceus Cellars Hilltop Facility. (not Jerome, AZ)

Free parking is available atop the hill at 770 Verde Heights Dr. or feel free to park in Old Town Cottonwood and take the scenic steps to the Hilltop.

Please check in with the host at the Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Trattoria. (770 Verde Heights Dr.) From there, you will be escorted or directed to the Ventura Room. (The Ventura Room is located on a portion of the property that is private.)

Yes, the Ventura Room features wines not available anywhere else, including the Hilltop estate wines and previous vintage Caduceus wines from the archive.

Weather depending. Bottles purchased in the Ventura Room are available for shipping from November through April.

Yes, the menu is rotating but, we suggest planning for offerings similar to a light lunch.

No. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing heavy perfumes that could interfere with the wine experience. We also suggest wearing comfortable shoes, as there is a tour portion of the experience.

Gratuities for your host are accepted and appreciated.

Photography is permitted in the vineyard and the barrel room. We ask that you refrain from taking photos while in the production spaces.
